Only Ark Lightning is very damageable and have target damage. But God's Whip(55) and Meteor Strike attack only very small zone, if you're not in controlling skill you can avoid these skills. But All range and melee skills(exclude 55) have target damage.

You have Cage, You have great mobility, you have very good selfbuff to do great rangedamage, even one-shots like melee or mage. Archer is a raid-type class mostly. Solo PVP is not very good side of Archer type classes.
