- Beauty and the Ugly -
It's time to get creative and create characters!
Event description:
During the event ''Beauty and the Ugly'' you will need to create and design a character that fits either the ''Beauty'' or ''Ugly'' category.
Beauty
Create a character that fits a personally chosen theme. This theme can be anything general and simple e.g. a pirate, a farmer, warrior etc.
You will need to:
- Pick a general and simple theme
- Design a character
- Plan an outfit/costume
- Take two to three screenshots with your character, one or two cinematic ones with the HUD off, and one with your character name visible and the client windowed, this screenshot must include the top of the client window where you are able to see the date and game version.
- Write a short description of your theme and character
- Post your creation, don't forget to include your in-game name.
You will judged on these criteria:
- How well your character and costume fits your theme
- How well the overall screenshot fits your theme, remember that the background matters!
- Creativity, the more unique and creative your idea and execution is, the better!
Ugly
Are you not a creative person? Do you not enjoy making costumes? Are you poor? Then perhaps you will enjoy creating the ugliest and most horrendous character you can imagine.
You will need to:
- Make a character in character creation or the saloon.
- Make it an abomination
- Make God cry
- Take a screenshot of your character. This screenshot does not need to be in-game but a screenshot from the character creator or saloon will suffice. The screenshot must include the top of the client window where you are able to see the date and game version.
- Post your creation, don't forget to include your in-game name.
You will be judged on these criteria:
- Creativity
- Uniqueness
- How well it fits the theme of the worse the better
Prices!
The prices for the Beauty category is as follows:
1st place: 3000 Credits + 15 crates of your choice Any costume in Store Unique title
2nd place: 2000 Credits + 10 crates of your choice Any costume in Store
3rd place: 1000 Credits + 5 crates of your choice Any costume in Store
4-6th place: 500 credits + 3 crates of your choice
The prices for the Ugly category is as follows:
1st place: 2000 Credits
2nd place: 1500 Credits
3rd place: 1000 Credits
4-6th place: 500 credits
You are allowed to participate in both categories with two different entries. Be sure to state which character participates in which category.
