Faction transferring.

Faction transferring either needs to
1. Stop entirely.
2. Be made about 10-15 times more expensive.
3. Be made 10-15 times more expensive to go west->east, and remain the same to east->west for the time being

The overall server health problems presented almost solely by the dynamic Bon Voyage is creating is ridiculous. There is a constant drain on high gearscore players from west as they move to east. Entire west raids are stopped because two Bon Voyage members decide they want to farm the raid.

And who can fight back? Effectively no one, because they've all transferred to east and joined them.

The pirate faction, and player nations both exist to allow high gearscore characters from both sides to unite. Both pirate and player nations come with downsides. Allowing people to transfer to form megaguilds for the price of 4k is fucking ridiculous.

edit: change the ridiculously low 2k into the laughably low 4k

transfer cost 4000. If there is a serious shortage of players on one of the sides, we will make a free transfer
 
Okay, 4k rather than 2k, that's still hilariously low.

And the problem isn't a lack of players, west has more players than east, the problem is the high gearscore people transferring.
 
That is a ridiculous answer. The problem is caused by the ease of transfer, just shrugging your shoulders and saying "they go where they go" is ignoring the issues this is creating.

Watching a continual drain as the factions become more and more uneven "ah whatever that's fine".

You wouldn't expect the dev team to make antitrust would you? Just let their eventual revenue sort the server out.
