Farm Quest?

I'm new to this server, so here's an obvious new-comer question... Where is my personal farm quest? I noticed a farm for 100 gilda in the market. Is that where you get them now? If so, I'm VERY disappointed.

U can find farm quest for gilda stars
1. For example: Location - Marinople.
2. Farm bosses with everyday raid (CR, GR, Whalesong, Aegis, Halcyona, MM, Lusca and ect.)
3. Guild quests (some quests give some gilda stars)
