- Spring Cleaning -
It is finally spring and what better way to celebrate longer days and more sunshine than by getting rid of the old and in with the new? It is time for some spring cleaning! During this event you can show of your creativity and decoration skills. Maybe it is finally time to get rid of all those Christmas decorations?
Event description:
During the event ''Spring Cleaning'' you will need to redecorate your house as a way of spring cleaning to welcome the new season. You will need to take at least 2 and a maximum of 4 cinematic screenshots of your house. You will need to take screenshots before and after you have redecorated your house. You will also need to provide a short description of your redecorating process and how it relates to spring. Additionally, you will be required to provide two extra screenshots to show proof of ownership of your house.
You will need to:
- Have a built and decorated house, this includes your garden.
- Take a maximum of 2 cinematic screenshots, with the HUD off, with your house in the photos, these screenshots will count as the ''before'' photos. You may choose if you want your character to be visible in this screenshot or not.
- Redecorate(spring clean) your house into a spring theme.
- Take a maximum of 2 cinematic screenshots, with the HUD off, with your house in it and the inside, these screenshots will count as the ''after'' photos. You may choose if you want your character to be visible in this screenshot or not.
- Write a short description, for both the ''before and after'' photos, describing your decorating process and how it relates to spring.
- Make sure to include 2 extra screenshots with your character name visible, the client windowed and the screenshot must include evidence that the house is owned by you. One screenshot needs to be of your house before and one screenshot showing your house after your redecorating.
- Post your submission, don't forget to include your in-game name!
Time to get cleaning and to welcome spring into your houses, including your gardens!
You will be judged on these criteria:
- Creativity, the more unique your ideas are the better, this also includes your ''before'' photo!
- How well connected your ''after'' photo is with the theme of spring.
- How much of a difference there is between your ''after'' and ''before'' screenshots.
Important information:
! The screenshots are not allowed to be edited in any software and if proven edited, the submission will get disqualified.
! Only 4 screenshots will be judged for the competition, excluding the 2 extra ones used for verification purposes.
! Submitting more screenshots than allowed might affect your chances of winning negatively. Quality over quantity.
! You are only allowed to enter once, however, you are allowed to appear in other people's submissions.
The prices are as follows:
1st place: 3000 Credits + 15 crates of your choice
2nd place: 2000 Credits + 10 crates of your choice
3rd place: 1000 Credits + 5 crates of your choice
4-6th place: 500 credits + 3 crates of your choice
