1)We are discussing with the team about Halcyona pirate idea. Pirates will not be able to take the quest but will be able to take part in PvP. Did I understand your idea correctly?
2) Pirates should not go to the Prison when fighting a red dragon (karkasse). Perhaps I misunderstood you?
I think 1. Pirates can have an impact on castle battles
2. Pirates don't go to jail
But I think there's a better way
Can directly reduce the difficulty of establishing independent states


1.The effect of pirates on castle battles. Pirates can take part in siege battles without auctioning castle drawings, automatically joining the attack by default (but the pirate victory cannot seal the crystal sword). Pirates will gain the honor of the victorious party.
If the pirates win, , the territory becomes ownerless
The territory needs to be re-purged
Forced pVP - no longer counts as a sin in castle battles

In version 2.0, a guild needs only two territories to be able to establish a separate force

That does sound like an extremely good idea
