Dear players!
You may encounter a number of the following problems:
1)Loss of mounts and battle pets in the inventory and in the warehouse;
2) Loss of vehicles in inventory or in a warehouse;
3)Partial missing items after the demolition of your houses. Items were sent to ingame mail;
4)A number has been added to the names of some characters. During the week, you can change your character name for free via support;
5)Calendar rewards will be sent manually;
6)Ancetral levels have been reset to 55. This issue is known and will be fixed soon.
7)The teleport book has been reset.
8)Hero points have been reset.
Don't worry, you will receive the items soon.
If you have not received compensation for the demolition of the house, then write a ticket to the support service.
After solving the problems, you will receive additional compensation for the inconvenience caused.

1) All characters whose level was reset to 55th must re-enter. The problem has been resolved.

2)The pets have been returned. To get them, go to the characters. Problems with tilling equipment will be fixed soon.

A small instruction for those who cannot see pets and equipment:
1) You need to put all your items from inventory to the warehouse and chests;
2) Restart the game;
3) Open inventory and click on the sort button;
4) Pick up items from the warehouse and chests;
5) Make sure you get your pets and vehicles again.

给那些看不见宠物和装备的人一个小提示:

After short-term maintenance work, the following have been fixed:
1)Missing Loyalty tokens have been credited;
2)All characters returned to their Ancetralclevels;
3)All characters received their vehicles and mounts;
4)Leadership Points were reset for technical reasons. Compensation includes the inability to solve the problem;
5)All Heroes from the NA server will soon receive compensation for being removed from the heroes.
