1. Main Rules
1.1. By registering on the server, you automatically agree to these rules, ignorance or lack of understanding of the rules does not exclude responsibility for their violation.
1.2. The administration reserves the right to make any changes on the server and in the rules without prior notice to the players.
1.3. The administration reserves the right to evaluate the actions of users and impose on them any sanctions in cases not provided by these rules, if it deems it necessary.
1.4. The administration of the server is not responsible for the cases of damages resulting from the game on the server and other cases that may lead to undesirable situations.
1.5. The Administration has the right, but not the obligation, to return the game values lost due to the loss of access to the account by the User, lost through the fault of the User, as well as transferred independently by the User.
1.6. The Server Administration has the right to modify and/or partially or completely delete the data attached to the accounts.
1.7. The Administration may, but is not obliged to, provide evidence to prove the validity of sanctions as a result of violation of the following Project Rules.
2. User responsibilities.
2.1. The User undertakes not to use the services provided by the Administration for commercial purposes;
2.2. The User undertakes not to engage in the sale and purchase of game values, as well as game accounts / characters for real money;
2.3. The User undertakes not to sell/exchange game accounts/characters for game currency or game values.
3. Users are not allowed:
3.1. Use third party accounts (accounts that have not been registered by a particular User);
3.2. To transfer the rights and/or obligations under this agreement, including to transfer the right (possibility) to use the User's account to third parties. Responsibility for any actions is taken by the account owner, regardless of who was on the account at the time of violation;
3.3. Use illegal (obscene, provocative, offensive to the honor or dignity of other Users) words and expressions in public message exchange systems (chat rooms), as well as the names and titles of game characters and any objects / elements that may be used in the game;
3.4. Slander against the Administration or the project.
3.5. Have more than 1 primary account + 2 additional account. (Regardless of who registered it.)
3.6. Use third party software, proprietary software designed to intercept, analyze, or otherwise collect information about the servers, both externally and internally, and software that simulates the user's presence in the game. This includes Bots, clickers, gaming (macro) keyboards and mice, and other automation methods, even in PvP (other than those implemented by us);
3.7. Attempts to disrupt events/promotions on the server.
3.8. Intentionally lose to an opposing team/rival in any arena.
3.9. Being in the same group (party) with a character using third-party software. If an intruder is detected, the whole group is penalized.
3.10. Use game fraud, modification or hacking tools designed to modify the character/other elements in the game;
3.11. Intentionally causing other players to make critical mistakes.
3.12. Pretend to be a representative of the Administration/GM(s) (Game Master) or act allegedly on behalf of the Administration/GM(s).
3.13. Intentionally use similarity of textures of game subjects, and also nicknames of game characters to deceive other players.
3.14. Use errors of software and game world (and must immediately report them to the Administration), interfering in the software code and trying to get unauthorized access to the computer system, access to the database of game users or materials;
3.15. Interfering with the gameplay of other players, for example by physically restricting their access to locations. Blocking the passage of tractors, blocking access to the NPC and similar tricks.
3.16. Take any actions aimed at damaging the resources of the Administration, obtaining unauthorized opportunities (access) to the resources of the Administration.
3.17. Exchange game values/accounts between different game worlds. For example, the exchange of accounts between different servers.
3.18. Benefit from bugs (server malfunctions, game errors), including geodata problems.
3.19. In case of technical or legal problems, the User contacts the User Support Service.
3.20. When contacting the support service, the User must create a message in a special form, placed within the system, with a detailed description of the problem (what happened, the date and time of the incident, etc.).
3.21. When contacting the Support Team, it is recommended that the User provides detailed information about the errors/faults found (calculations of correct work, screenshots/video materials that will help in the investigation and identification of the error, as well as links to reliable sources that will describe the correct work). If the User is unable to provide supporting information or incomplete information, the Support Team has reason to believe that the information provided is unreliable.
3.22. The Support Team will reply to the User within 24 hours of receiving the User's request and providing them with complete and accurate Registration Data. The term may be extended, depending on the nature of the question, which is communicated to the User additionally.
3.23. The User undertakes not to create false or knowingly incorrect questions, notices of uncensored or provocative nature, as well as to interfere with the work of the employees of the User Support Team in the application created by the User.
3.24. The User undertakes not to disclose to other Users and/or the administration any false information, both in the course of drawing up the application to the support means and in the course of cooperation in conducting investigations or in the course of involving an informer as a witness.
3.25. It is forbidden to deceive the administration and to submit knowingly false information.
3.26. It is forbidden to use vulnerabilities of the game world, for example (falling under textures, getting invulnerability, planting of plants), at the first violation all game values received by this way will be erased, in case of the further violations all accounts of the player will be blocked forever.
3.27. It is forbidden to mislead other players with regard to game mechanics and other aspects related to the game. In the case of the first violation it is possible to temporarily ban communication both inside the game and on different platforms, in case of further violations the account can be blocked over a longer period of time.
4. Interaction with the Administrative Assistants.
4.1. Event managers, helpers, moderators do not have access to the console in the game, as well as do not have any in-game advantages.
4.2. Administrative Assistants can not make statements about the work of the Administration on the project and its future plans because they do not have such information.
4.3. Administrative Assistants do not have the right to use their status for the benefit of the game.
4.4. The Administrative Assistants cannot block a player in the game (check point 1 ).
4.5. Administration Assistants have no privileges in the game.
Note: If the Administration Assistant has violated one of the above written points, you should take a screenshot with the violation and send it to the Community Manager or Administrator in a personal message on the forum.
The administration has the right to choose the punishment based on the situation of violation of these rules. Both in the sense of reducing and increasing the punishment!
